Last updated: 24 October 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ICA Framework ("ICA", "we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship owned by Darshit Pandey and based in Bengaluru, India, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit icaframework.com and its sub-domains, register for our Masterclass, book a strategy call, buy any of our products or programs, or contact us.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country.
  • Business details you share in forms and questionnaires, such as your niche, offer, pricing, revenue range, goals and target markets.
  • Questions you send before a Masterclass, messages you send us, and anything you share on calls.
  • Payment details needed to complete a purchase. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page (Razorpay). We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

Information from others

  • Payment confirmations from our payment partner, lead details from ad platforms when you submit an ad form, attendance details from Zoom, and booking details from our scheduling tools.

How we use your information

  • To register you for the Masterclass and send joining links, reminders and recordings.
  • To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds.
  • To schedule and prepare for strategy calls, onboarding and coaching sessions.
  • To deliver our programs, give you access to course material and support you during the program.
  • To reply to your messages and give customer support.
  • To send you updates, educational content and offers by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website, content and advertising.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our terms and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Consent and lawful use

We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, register, book or pay, and for legitimate uses allowed by law, such as completing a service you asked for, meeting legal obligations and responding to emergencies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before it, and we may be unable to continue a service that needs that data.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Payments: Razorpay and banks or card networks that process your payment.
  • Email and messaging: our email service provider (Kit), WhatsApp and SMS providers.
  • Live sessions and scheduling: Zoom, Cal.com and Calendly.
  • Storage and automation: Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive), Pabbly and our website host (Hostinger).
  • Advertising and analytics: Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
  • Our team: ICA team members and contractors who need it to support you, under confidentiality.
  • Legal reasons: government authorities or courts when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. When data is transferred abroad, we use providers that apply reasonable security safeguards, and we follow any transfer restrictions notified under Indian law.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the website working, remember preferences such as your colour theme, understand how visitors use the site, and measure our ads. This includes the Meta Pixel, which tells us when someone who saw our ad visits a page, registers or pays, so we can measure results and show relevant ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the site.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, for as long as you remain a customer or subscriber, or as required for tax, accounting and legal reasons (usually up to 8 years for payment records). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including secure (HTTPS) pages, trusted payment gateways, access controls on our tools and limited team access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct, complete or update your data.
  • Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.
  • Withdraw consent you have given.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

To make a request, email connect@icaframework.com from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Marketing messages

You can unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of every email, reply "STOP" to WhatsApp or SMS messages, or write to us. We will still send messages needed for a service you have bought, such as joining links and receipts.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or a notice on the website.
