Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of icaframework.com, its sub-domains, and all products, events, calls and programs offered by ICA Framework, a sole proprietorship owned by Darshit Pandey, Bengaluru, India ("ICA", "we", "us"). By visiting the website, registering, booking or paying, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

ICA Framework provides business education, training and consulting for coaches, consultants, agency owners and other service experts who want to win high-ticket clients, in India and internationally. Our services include:

• ICA Framework Masterclass: a live online training session held on Zoom, usually on Sundays.
• Recordings and digital resources, such as session recordings, templates and the ICA Vault.
• Strategy calls: paid one-to-one calls to review your business and recommend next steps.
• Programs: the Global Client Intensive, the Global Acquisition Hub (a 12-week live coaching program) and the Global Acquisition Engine (a done-for-you service).

The details, price and schedule of each service are shown on its page or checkout, or shared on a call before you enrol.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. You agree to give accurate, complete information when you register or pay and to keep it up to date.

Any login details, course access keys or joining links we send you are for your personal use only. Do not share them. If we find that access has been shared, we may cancel it without a refund.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and the final price is the one shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. Your payment is also subject to the payment partner's terms.
• ICA Framework is not currently registered under GST, so GST is not charged on our invoices. If this changes, applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
• Offer and discounted prices are valid only for the period shown. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.
• For programs paid in instalments, all instalments must be paid on time. We may pause access until a missed payment is cleared.

Live sessions and calls

• Live sessions are held online, mostly on Zoom, at the time shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
• We may change the date, time, speaker or platform of a session for reasons such as illness, technical issues or events outside our control. If we do, we will tell you and offer the next available session.
• Seats in live sessions are limited. Registration does not guarantee that every question will be answered live.
• Strategy calls are booked through our scheduling page. Please join on time; a call may be treated as completed if you do not join within 10 minutes of the start time.
• Live sessions may be recorded. By joining, you agree that your name, video, voice or chat messages may appear in the recording.

Programs and enrolment agreements

When you join a program such as the Global Acquisition Hub or the Global Acquisition Engine, you may be asked to accept a separate enrolment agreement or service agreement. That agreement explains the program's scope, duration, payment terms and refund terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the program agreement applies for that program.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you pay.

Our content and intellectual property

All content on our website and in our sessions, programs and resources, including the ICA Framework name and logo, frameworks, videos, slides, worksheets, templates, scripts and written material, belongs to ICA Framework or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use this material for your own business. You may not record, copy, resell, share, publish, teach or create competing products from it without our written permission.

Your conduct

When you use our website or join our sessions and communities, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse or disrespect others, or post anything unlawful, hateful or misleading.
• Promote your own products or services, or contact other members for sales, without permission.
• Record sessions, scrape content, or try to break into or disrupt our website or tools.

We may remove you from a session, community or program without a refund if you break these rules.

No guarantee of results

We teach methods and systems that have worked for us and our clients, but your results depend on your skills, niche, offer, effort, market and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any income, number of clients, revenue or other outcome. Examples, case studies and calculations on our website and in our sessions are illustrations, not promises. Please read our Disclaimer.

Not professional advice

Our content is for business education. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration or medical advice. Please speak to a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas, including on contracts, taxes and receiving payments from overseas clients.

Third-party tools

We use third-party tools such as Zoom, Razorpay, Google, Meta, WhatsApp and scheduling software. We are not responsible for their availability, errors or policies. Any tools or services we recommend that you buy from others are your own decision.

Communication consent

By sharing your phone number and email with us, you agree that ICA Framework may contact you by email, WhatsApp, SMS and phone about the services you registered for, reminders, support and related offers, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Testimonials and feedback

If you share feedback, a testimonial or a result with us, you allow us to use it, with your name and image if you agree, in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time for future materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ICA Framework, its owner and team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of income, profit, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that the claim relates to.

You agree to indemnify ICA Framework against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our website, sessions, communities or programs if you break these Terms, misuse our content, fail to make payments, or behave in a way that harms other members or our business.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
